MENTAL TRAINING

TRAIN MEMORY. ACCELERATE READING. MEASURE THE CHANGE.

A supporting training pathway focused on reading, vocabulary, mental comprehension and result recording through structured rounds — turning practice into comparable metrics.

AN AMBITIOUS TRAINING TARGET

1,000 words. Faster reading. Deeper comprehension.

Vocabulary and reading rounds are designed to target major progress in under a month, with recorded performance and progressively higher mastery rather than relying on feeling alone.

1000words as a target per vocabulary level, with full mastery pursued through repeated rounds.
×10+An ambition to multiply reading speed while preserving comprehension — with measurement as the judge.
THE FIRST 30 MINUTES

A session rhythm you can measure and improve.

The session begins with 10 minutes of visual/fast reading, followed by 10 minutes of vocabulary round one and 10 minutes of vocabulary round two. Each round is recorded for later comparison.

10mSilent / fast reading

Preferably a printed book, with pages or reading volume recorded.

10mVocabulary — Round 1

Rapid pronunciation and recall practice with result recording.

10mVocabulary — Round 2

Retest and improve mastery based on the previous round’s errors.

VOCABULARY ROUNDS

Do not count words you saw — measure words you mastered.

Vocabulary books span A1 through C2 with around 1,000 words per level. Daily work focuses on pronunciation and recall, with errors reducing mastery so the result reflects actual performance.

READING + COMPREHENSION

Speed alone is not the goal.

Training combines increased reading rate with mental comprehension, so learners record reading volume and compare performance rather than chase speed without understanding.

01

Visual reading

Train the eyes to capture larger units and reduce unnecessary stopping.

02

Mental comprehension

Preserve meaning while increasing speed instead of separating speed from understanding.

03

Page logging

Every round produces a number that can be compared with the previous round.

04

Progressive improvement

The aim is to turn training into a habit with a clear trajectory, not a one-off attempt.

PROGRESS REPORTS

From “I feel faster” to “these are my numbers.”

Round results can be collected into a record showing baseline, best round, improvement percentage and consistency.

START TRAINING

Small daily training — with progress that can compound.

Choose an available program and intake, then start recording from day one so progress becomes visible.

VISUAL PROOF

Reading, training and measurement

Program-related imagery and interfaces help you see the experience rather than only read about it.
